Who we are

The data controller is Strydes Studio, a trading name of Strydes Technologies (CAC Business Name), 9, Macgregor road, Ikoyi. Contact: hello@strydesstudio.com.

What we collect and why

Enquiries: when you use our form, email us or book a call, we receive your name, email, company, website and project details. We use them to reply and prepare a proposal (legitimate interest and steps before a contract).

Clients: contact details, billing information and project files, used to perform our contract and meet legal and tax obligations.

Business outreach: we may contact businesses using publicly listed business contact details (company name, website, business email) where we believe our services are relevant. We rely on legitimate interest and follow each country’s rules. Every message identifies us and lets you opt out of further contact. We keep a permanent do-not-contact list.

Website analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and builds no individual profiles.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, analytics), Zoho (email), Cal.com (bookings), Google (work tools), Paystack and Payoneer (payments), and Anthropic (help drafting business emails from public business information). These providers may process data outside your country, with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep data

Enquiries: 24 months. Outreach data with no reply: deleted after 12 months. Client and financial records: as long as the law requires (generally 6 years). The do-not-contact list is kept permanently so we can honour your choice.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing (including direct marketing, which we always honour) and withdraw consent. Email hello@strydesstudio.com.

You can also complain to a data protection authority: the NDPC (Nigeria), the ICO (UK), your local EU authority, or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (Canada).

Cookies

Our website sets no cookies. If you book a call, Cal.com may use its own cookies on its site.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
